A free booking page and booking link for every service
A Calenday booking page is a public link where clients pick a time that fits your real availability. Each event type gets its own address, and slots are built from your working hours, buffers and connected calendars. Guests see times in their own time zone. Booking pages are free, with unlimited event types and bookings.
What is a Calenday booking page?
A Calenday booking page is the public page of one event type, at an address like app.calend.day/en/your-brand/intro-call. Visitors choose an open slot, enter their name, email, the reason for the meeting and optional notes, then receive a confirmation email with an .ics calendar file.
One link per event type
Each service, such as a 30-minute intro call or a 90-minute session, has its own booking link.
Short booking form
Guests enter their name, email, the reason for the meeting and optional notes.
Confirmation with .ics
Every booking triggers a confirmation email with an .ics file, and guests can also download the .ics directly.
Visitor’s time zone
The page detects the visitor’s time zone and offers a selector to change it.
How do you create a booking page in Calenday?
Creating a booking page in Calenday takes four steps: set your availability, connect a calendar, create an event type, then share its link. The whole setup runs on the free plan, with no time limit and no cap on event types, bookings or the number of brands in your account.
- 01
Set your availability
Under Availability, define weekly hours or named schedules, buffers, minimum notice and how far ahead people can book.
- 02
Connect a calendar
In Availability → Calendar settings, connect Google Calendar or Outlook so existing events block their slots.
- 03
Create an event type
In Scheduling, create an event type with a name, a duration and a location, such as a phone call or video call.
- 04
Share the booking link
Copy the event type’s link and add it to your emails, social profiles or website as a regular link.
How does Calenday decide which slots to show?
Calenday shows only the slots that pass every rule you set: weekly hours or named schedules, buffers before and after meetings, minimum notice, booking horizon, slot interval, your country’s public holidays and the busy times in your connected calendars. Everything else is hidden from the booking page automatically.
Single-use links
Create a one-off link that can be booked only once, handy for a specific client. Free plan.
Four guest languages
Booking pages are available in English, French, German and Spanish.
Spam protection
Bookings are rate-limited to 10 every 10 minutes per IP address and event type.
Optional payment
With the Lifetime license, guests can pay through Stripe or PayPal before the booking is confirmed.
What does the Calenday booking page not do yet?
The Calenday booking page does not support custom questions, your logo or brand color, or embedding on your website yet. Guests cannot reschedule or cancel on their own; the host handles both from the dashboard. The “Powered by Calenday” mention stays on the page on every plan.
No custom questions or branding
The form has fixed fields, and the page does not show your logo or brand color.
No website embed
The page cannot be embedded on your site yet; link to it instead.
Host-side changes only
Guests cannot reschedule or cancel themselves. The host does it from the Calenday dashboard.
Booking page questions
- What is a booking link?
- A booking link is a URL that opens your booking page, where someone can pick an open time and book a meeting with you without back-and-forth emails. In Calenday, every event type has its own booking link, and you can also create single-use links that work for only one booking.
- What is a good booking website for small businesses?
- A good booking website for a small business shows real availability, works in the client’s time zone and confirms by email. Calenday does all three on its free plan, with unlimited event types and bookings. For video links, payments and email reminders, the Lifetime license costs $99 once for unlimited users.
- Is the Calenday booking page free?
- Yes. Booking pages, calendar connections, meeting polls and single-use links are all on the Calenday free plan, with no time limit. Unlimited event types, bookings and brands are included. The Lifetime license, a single $99 payment, adds video links, payments, email reminders and analytics.
- Can guests reschedule or cancel their own booking?
- Not yet. On Calenday, only the host can reschedule or cancel a booking, from the dashboard. When the host cancels a booking, the event is removed from a connected Google Calendar; when the host reschedules, the event is created again at the new time.
