Calendar integrations, video and payments in Calenday

Calenday offers seven integrations today: Google Calendar and Outlook for availability, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom for video links, and Stripe and PayPal for payments. Both calendar integrations are on the free plan. Video and payments come with the Lifetime license, a one-time $99 payment. Every connection uses an OAuth button, never a pasted key.

Calendars

Which calendars can Calenday connect to?

Calenday connects to Google Calendar and to Outlook through Microsoft 365, both on the free plan. Connected calendars hide the times you are already busy and receive each confirmed booking with the guest as an attendee. You can connect several Google accounts to the same organization.

Video

Which video tools create meeting links automatically?

Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom each create a unique meeting link the moment a booking is confirmed. The link goes into the confirmation email, the .ics file and the calendar event. Meet needs a connected Google Calendar, Teams a work or school Microsoft 365 account, and Zoom works on its own.

Payments

How do Stripe and PayPal payments work in Calenday?

Stripe and PayPal let guests pay before a booking is confirmed, while Calenday holds the time slot for 30 minutes. The money goes straight to your own Stripe or PayPal account, and Calenday takes no commission. Five currencies are supported: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and CHF.

Connecting

How do you connect an integration to Calenday?

Every Calenday integration connects with a single button that opens the provider’s own sign-in page. You approve access there, then return to Calenday, where the integration shows as Connected. You never copy an API key or a token, and you can disconnect at any time.

  • 01

    Click Connect

Calendars and Zoom live under Availability → Calendar settings. Stripe and PayPal live on the Integrations & apps page.

  • 02

    Approve access with the provider

Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Stripe or PayPal asks you to sign in and approve the access Calenday needs. Stripe and PayPal run their own onboarding.

  • 03

    Return to Calenday

The integration shows as Connected. From there, pick it as the calendar, video provider or payment method on each event type.

Security

How does Calenday protect your connected accounts?

Calenday encrypts every access token with AES-256-GCM on the server and never sends it to the browser. Connections rely on OAuth, so Calenday never sees your passwords. Disconnecting revokes access and deletes the stored tokens, and payment money never passes through Calenday.

  • Encrypted tokens

Access and refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage and stay on the server.

  • OAuth only

You sign in on Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Stripe or PayPal. Calenday never asks for a password or an API key.

  • One-click disconnect

Disconnecting a calendar revokes the access and deletes the stored tokens right away.

  • Funds stay with you

Payments go directly to your own Stripe or PayPal account. Calenday never holds your money.

FAQ

Questions about Calenday integrations

Are Calenday calendar integrations free?
Yes. Google Calendar and Outlook are both included in the free plan, which has no time limit and allows unlimited event types and bookings. Video integrations (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom) and payment integrations (Stripe, PayPal) require the Lifetime license, a single $99 payment that covers unlimited users in your account.
Can I connect more than one Google account?
Yes. Calenday lets you connect several Google accounts to the same organization, and it reads the primary calendar of each one. Keep in mind that the calendars connected to an organization block time for the whole organization, so a team that needs separate calendars per person should create one organization per person.
Does Calenday work with Apple Calendar?
No. Calenday does not connect to Apple iCloud Calendar today. It reads availability from Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 only. Guests using Apple Calendar can still add their booking, because every confirmation email includes an .ics file and Calenday also offers a direct .ics download.
Is Calenday the same as Calendly?
No. Calenday is a separate scheduling product sold as a $99 one-time Lifetime license, with a free plan for calendars and booking pages. It is not affiliated with Calendly. To see how the two products differ on price and features, read the side-by-side comparison on the Calenday website.
What happens when I disconnect an integration?
Disconnecting a calendar takes one click: Calenday revokes its access and deletes the stored tokens. From then on, that calendar no longer blocks your availability and new bookings are no longer added to it. You can reconnect the same account later with the same OAuth button.

Start on the free plan. Decide later.

Unlimited bookings, no card, no countdown. If Calenday earns the $99, you will know within a week.
